Manager spoke to us in the bar inviting us to have dinner the following night in their retaurant... very personal touch. The conceirge explained a different way to return to Milan that he thought we would enjoy... copied maps and marked speciifc sites we should visit... above and beyond what I would expect

Great staff, extremely courteous. Good rooms. Good food, breakfast buffet was quite elaborate. Over all a very good experience.

Construction work right outside the hotel. Fortunately we stayed during the weekend when the work was shut. Work had started when we checked out and was extremely noisy. Far from the city centre, tho the connectivity was good.

This place offers a wonderfully relaxing stay with an amazing selection of regional dishes in their restaurant.

The breakfast variety is varied and delicious with a very nice view and beverages, for example, excellent service. Practical, huge room complete with good views of the Engadin Mountains as well as balcony...

All was great, they have free shuttle, but there is no mentioning of it on line, but they do have it. U need to reserve it when you book a hotel, or call them when you arrive they ll send you a shuttle. Sauna was great, men and women together no clothes.lol.it's not in a centre, like 10 minutes away.

The room was relaxing and attractive with a fireplace and extra firm pillows. the hotel is located just off the mountains and the lake, near a Pizzeria and a Restaurant offering a variety of delicious food. - Close proximity to Stuvetta Giand'alva, a great dining spot I visited multiple times.

Pleasant hotel in a beautiful area really close to which had all sorts of nice food, Corvatsch and the bus stop & shops & other restaurants.

Indifferent attitude at breakfast buffet for vegetarian jain guests like us ( might be due lack of indian Vegetarian knowledge as well no knowledge whatsoever of jain culinary particulars.) With more guests coming from Indian Jain community it would certainly be useful to understand jain culinary and give adequate information in Brochures/writeup to that effect.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect for our mountain biking trip to St Moritz, with the Signal lift just a short ride away. We loved that one of the flow trails finished right above the hotel, making it easy for us to access. The room was clean and tidy, and we were impressed with the service we received. The pizzeria on the seventh floor offered delicious food and stunning views. We were also pleased to find secure storage for our mountain bikes and a bike wash in the car park. The hotel even provided free lift passes for bike riders, and the fee for our bikes was reasonable. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a mountain bike holiday.

It is a quite, clean and luxury hotel in midst the mountains and the lake. The view is spectacular. I will go back and enjoy the place. I also enjoyed to see that the hotel installed solar pannels on the roofs. Bravo!

The Hotel Europa offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is not far from the center of St Moritz, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with beautiful views of the mountains. The breakfast buffet offers ample options and provides a stunning view of the Engadin Mountains.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

We arrived at the St.Moritz station, and found that the hotel is a bit far from the station. When I called the hotel, they came to pick us up, very convenient. The hotel is very cozy and clean. The restaurant on the 7th floor served very nice foods with reasonable price. We were very pleased.

Of the three hotel staff that I dealt with, one was cold and indifferent and the second outright rude. The room facilities were very basic. The location was not convenient.
